• Define, track, and achieve key performance indicators for customer implementation programs.
• Own implementation processes for assigned accounts, including software implementation and training to drive client adoption.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of new-client implementations.
• Monitor client progress and activities to ensure adoption within scope and schedule.
• Host virtual or in-person customer sessions.
• Travel to customer on-sites as needed, approximately 40%.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during client implementation phases for hardware and software implementations.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Guide customers on change management programs, Motive product utilization, and initial system setup.
