Zusammenfassung

Logicalis is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan and manage multiple enterprise IT engagements end-to-end, aligning with approved Statements of Work and the Logicalis PMO methodology.

You will lead IT Professional Services teams delivering Microsoft technology offerings, coordinate day-to-day activities using Agile and Waterfall, manage vendor relationships, budgets, risks, and communications to ensure on-time delivery for external customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; formal Project Management training preferred.
• 5+ years of enterprise-level project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects for external customers.
• Experience leading teams from 1 to 20+ resources.
• Experience delivering enterprise Microsoft service offerings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• PMI/CAPM/SCRUM/Microsoft certifications beneficial.

• Lead IT Professional Services teams delivering Microsoft technology offerings (M365 migrations, Identity/AD, CoPilot, InTune, Security).
• Plan, schedule, and direct day-to-day engagement activities using Agile and Waterfall as applicable.
• Lead project planning, execution, controlling, and closing activities.
• Oversee third-party vendors’ deliverables and coordinate with vendor PMs.
• Manage project processes, resources, budgets, and change management.

• Plan and manage multiple projects through the entire life cycle within approved Statements of Work and the Logicalis PMO project delivery methodology
• Lead IT Professional Services teams delivering Microsoft technology offerings, including M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, CoPilot, InTune, and Security
• Plan, schedule, and direct day-to-day engagement activities using Agile and Waterfall methodologies as applicable
• Lead project planning, execution, controlling, and closing activities
• Oversee third-party vendors’ and partners’ deliverables in coordination with vendor project managers
• Manage project processes, resource scheduling, workflow, tools, and policy compliance
• Manage project scope and lead change management and Project Change Requests
• Manage project budgets, invoices, and Earned Value
• Create and maintain master project plans, track milestones, analyze variances, and take corrective action
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Develop and manage project communication plans, status reporting, meetings, and escalations
• Ensure deliverables meet Statement of Work requirements and customer expectations
• Document and share lessons learned for continuous process improvement
• Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies, Logicalis service offerings, and IT terminology
• Promote Logicalis’s mission and organizational values

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and formal Project Management Training
• Equivalent combination accepted
• 5 or more years of enterprise-level project management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously for multiple external customers
• Experience managing teams of 1 to 20+ resources
• Experience delivering enterprise Microsoft service offerings
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Experience working within Project and/or professional services business applications to plan, manage, and report on project services delivered
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• CAPM, SCRUM, Microsoft, and/or IT industry technical certifications beneficial
• Ability to fulfill the stated physical demands, with reasonable accommodations available

Demonstrates extensive project management expertise, including proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and a strong background in delivering Microsoft technology offerings. Capable of managing project budgets, resources, and communication plans while ensuring compliance with Statements of Work.
