Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive M&A integration across multi-site operations. You will own end-to-end tuck-ins, coordinate with finance, HR, IT, and marketing, and design onboarding and communications for sellers and leadership teams.

Responsibilities include building detailed integration plans, tracking Day 1 readiness and 30/60/100-day milestones, and maintaining risk registers. Travel flexibility and executive-level collaboration are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years across M&A integration, PMO, operations leadership, or consulting.
• At least two integrations personally run end to end.
• Direct experience in home services, skilled trades, or another multi-site, technician-driven business.
• Ability to write process documentation people actually use.
• Comfort working with founders and family owners; high empathy and candor.

• Own post-LOI through Day 100 for each tuck-in integration
• Coordinate acquiring-brand GMs with corporate finance, HR, IT, and marketing
• Build integration plans with Day 1 readiness, 30/60/100-day milestones, decision logs, and risk registers
• Serve as primary contact for sellers and their leadership through close and transition
• Design technician, installer, and CSR offers, communications, and onboarding
• Partner with HR on offer letters, benefits transition, pay-plan mapping, and licensing continuity
• Manage seller and key-employee transition agreements, earnout mechanics, and customer handoff
• Lead migration to field service management, ERP, payroll/HRIS, phone/call-tracking, and dispatch systems
• Convert customer data, open jobs, warranties, service agreements, AR/AP, and price books without service interruption
• Coordinate licenses, permits, insurance, bonding, DOT and fleet registration, vendor accounts, leases, and utility transfers
• Sequence brand rebrands and protect inbound call volume and review equity
• Build and maintain a version-controlled integration playbook, RACI, timelines, templates, diligence lists, and Day 1 kit
• Build integration dashboards and scorecards; run retrospectives after each deal
• Train brand GMs and future integration managers
• Contribute operational diligence and feed integration cost and timing assumptions into deal models

Requirements

• 5+ years across M&A integration, PMO, operations leadership, or consulting
• At least two integrations personally run end to end
• Direct experience in home services, skilled trades, or another multi-site, technician-driven business
• Ability to write process documentation people actually use
• Comfort working with founders and family owners; high empathy and candor
• Strong project management discipline
• Willingness to travel on short notice
• ServiceTitan implementation or migration experience (nice-to-have)
• PE-backed roll-up or platform company background (nice-to-have)
• Finance literacy to read a QoE, understand working capital adjustments, and track synergy capture (nice-to-have)
• Field or trade experience (nice-to-have)
