Siemens Energy is seeking a Lead (f/m/d) Digital Ecosystem & Operating Model to shape the future of procurement's digital and AI transformation. You will drive AI Forge governance, scale digital products, and align Product Owners, Technology, Data & AI teams with business stakeholders.

You will build partnerships with implementation partners and external providers, leading the DTO operating model and portfolio governance on a global scale. Strong English and German skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• Extensive experience in transformation management and operating model development.
• Expertise in governance, KPI management, value tracking, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, digital, and external partner organizations.
• Excellent English and German communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive the evolution of the AI Forge ecosystem and the Procurement Innovation Portfolio, establishing governance, structures, and operating mechanisms to scale digital products and AI capabilities globally.
• Design and continuously improve the DTO operating model, including governance structures, roles, processes, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Build and develop a high-performing ecosystem of implementation partners, technology providers, universities, startups, and strategic collaborators to accelerate innovation, adoption, and delivery.
• Create transparency across products, investments, resources, dependencies, adoption, business value, and portfolio performance to support executive decision-making and value realization.
• Identify opportunities to scale AI Forge capabilities beyond Procurement and foster collaboration across Siemens Energy business functions and organizations.
• Support the positioning, communication, and adoption of AI Forge with leadership teams, key stakeholders, customers, and external partners.

What You Bring

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field
• Extensive years of experience in transformation management, operating model development, business process improvement, portfolio management, or digitalization
• Expertise in governance frameworks, operating models, business cases, KPI management, value tracking, and reporting
• Strong analytical, strategic, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset with the ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models and organizational capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, digital, and external partner organizations
• Excellent English and German communication skills
