A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine starting your day with a strategic alignment call with senior leadership, followed by a deep-dive workshop on a high-impact transformation initiative. You’ll spend your afternoon synthesizing insights from cross-functional teams, preparing a board-level briefing, and closing the day by aligning with external partners on a future-facing innovation pilot.

You will lead and orchestrate some of our most critical and confidential strategic initiatives—ranging from M&A considerations and digital transformation to ESG acceleration and organizational redesign. Your work will directly influence the trajectory of our business, shaping how we deliver value to customers, drive sustainability, and future-proof our operations. You’ll be embedded in a high-performing, diverse, and globally connected team that thrives on trust, curiosity, and bold thinking.

How You’ll Make an Impact

What You Bring

• Masters degree in Engineering, Business or other relevant subject areas, as well as longstanding professional experience
• A strategic mindset with a strong analytical foundation—ideally from top-tier consulting or corporate strategy roles
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in dynamic environments
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
• A high degree of integrity, discretion, resilience under pressure, as well as a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in ambiguity

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise.
