Job summary

Lead Agentic AI Engineer to architect and scale AI features across our digital health platform in a hybrid setup near Frankfurt. You will design robust agentic systems, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and product teams.

We offer a 3-stage interview, 3 days per week in the office, and a salary of €100,000–€120,000 per year. German skills are a bonus as you work in a dynamic health tech startup.

Qualifications

• Several years in software/AI Engineering.
• Proven experience shipping product LLM or agentic systems.
• Strong knowledge of Python, LLM platforms, multimodal AI & cloud-native architectures.
• Exposure to the Med Tech/Health Tech space - bonus.
• Strong educational background in Engineering/AI etc.

• Design Agentic Systems: Build robust AI agents and workflows for context-aware assistance, workflow orchestration, and personalized care.
• Guarantee Safety & Compliance: Implement guardrails, explainability, and human-in-the-loop controls for regulated environments.
• Drive Engineering Excellence: Establish best practices for architecture, evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
