Job summary

Oliver Bernard in Munich is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to own the design and delivery of production-grade agent systems that integrate into complex manufacturing workflows. You will set direction across AI and back-end engineering, delivering end-to-end AI features from concept to production.

You will design scalable architectures, mentor engineers, and work directly with customers to turn multimodal data and complex processes into reliable, scalable solutions.

The product is live with multiple high-value customers and a small number of deep design partners. Backed by experienced founders and strong early investors, they're moving from early traction into scale, with AI at the core of the platform.

This is interesting because of the ownership and problem space. You're working on agent systems that need to reason, operate across messy multimodal data, and deliver real outcomes in production.

Role
