Jobtailor seeks a data-driven professional to turn customer labor and operational data into automated schedule recommendations using Ando’s model. You will weekly analyze schedule-vs-actual outcomes and collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product improvements.

Lead change-management conversations with new customers, own weekly relationships, and drive quarterly business reviews with executives.

Qualifikationen
