Job summary

Advantech Europe is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager for the DACH region who combines sales excellence with deep embedded systems knowledge. In this field-based role you will develop and maintain direct accounts, build long-lasting relationships with Equipment Builders, and drive the market presence in German-speaking markets.

You bring native German, fluent English, and a hands-on technical background to speak with customers and translate their needs into solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in B2B, especially in embedded systems.
• Strong technical background in CS, electronics or embedded systems.
• Native German with fluent English and excellent communication.
• Ability to open doors, identify key contacts and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dedicated Key Accounts (direct sales) in the DACH region.
• Build long-lasting relationships with Equipment Builders in relevant verticals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Application Engineers and Sales Support to expand Advantech’s market presence.
• Act as Advantech’s eyes and ears in the market and translate customer needs into solutions.

Together with a team of Product Managers, (Field) Application Engineers and Sales Support you will develop and maintain dedicated Key Accounts (direct sales).
