What you will do
  • Develop and implement regional B2B sales activities for Bavaria and Austria, in close cooperation with the Senior Sales Manager B2B Germany & Austria
  • Drive structured sales activities across the full sales cycle
  • Win new business opportunities in the SMB and enterprise segments
  • Strengthen existing accounts by increasing solution deployment and brand loyalty
  • Create tailored customer solutions, prepare quotations, and lead contract negotiations
  • Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities, and share insights with management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key customers
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events in Germany & Austria
  • Contribute to long-term and competitive sales strategies for the regional market
  • Ensure sales activities and data are properly documented and maintained
