Clera in Berlin is seeking a Junior to mid-level GTM Engineer to help build AI-powered outbound systems for a B2B growth and lead generation agency and its clients. You will create end-to-end workflows that translate market signals into qualified sales conversations using a low-code approach that minimizes software development.

This role is hybrid in Berlin with three days in the office. You should have hands-on Clay experience, be fluent in German, and able to design enrichment workflows, AI

Qualifications

• Junior to mid-level experience in outbound, lead generation, RevOps, or growth.
• Hands-on experience building in Clay, including enrichment, waterfalls, and AI columns.
• Experience running outbound campaigns and measuring results, including through work, internships, or personal projects.
• Experience automating workflows with n8n, Make, or Zapier, and using AI tools for GTM work, such as prompting or Claygent.
• Strong business and analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to build systems end to end.
• Native-level German and willingness to work from the Berlin office three days per week.
• Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, HeyReach, Zapmail, and Pipedrive is useful. Coding is not required.

About the Role

Join a team of GTM Engineers building AI-powered outbound systems for a B2B growth and lead generation agency and its clients. What You'll Do

• Build outbound systems from lead sourcing and data enrichment through personalized messaging and campaign execution.

• Use intent, job changes, funding, and other signals to develop targeted prospecting sequences.

• Automate GTM workflows with tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.

• Run and evaluate outbound campaigns, tracking metrics such as reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.

• Use campaign results and analytical judgment to improve targeting, qualification, and messaging.

What We're Looking For

• Junior to mid-level experience, with first professional experience in outbound, lead generation, RevOps, or growth.

• Hands-on experience building in Clay, including enrichment, waterfalls, and AI columns.

• A track record of running outbound campaigns and measuring results, including through work, internships, or personal projects.

• Experience automating workflows with n8n, Make, or Zapier, and using AI tools or LLMs for GTM work, such as prompting or Claygent.

• Strong business and analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to build systems end to end.

• Native-level German and willingness to work from the Berlin office three days per week. The first month is fully on-site.

• Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, HeyReach, Zapmail, and Pipedrive is useful. Coding is not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed salary of €55,000 to €70,000 annually, plus €5,000 variable compensation. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office.
