Job summary

Avomind is seeking a GTM Engineer in Berlin to build AI-powered outbound systems that generate pipeline for the company and its clients. You will work with Clay, n8n, Claude Code, HeyReach and Pipedrive, integrating with ArvanaOS and multiple data sources.

The role emphasizes ownership, hands-on building, and a track record in outbound campaigns. The position is Berlin-based with a hybrid 3+2 schedule and room to grow into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end outbound systems from lead lists to personalized copy at scale.

• Work with a small GTM team to own tooling and processes.
• Collaborate using Clay, n8n, Claude Code, HeyReach, Zapmail, Pipedrive and ArvanaOS.

About the company

Our client is the largest go-to-market company in the DACH region. They work with high ownership and a fast pace, and they look for people who don't wait to be told what to do, but see where things are on fire and step in.

What you do

Build GTM systems at the largest GTM company in the DACH region.

• Build the AI-powered outbound systems our client uses to generate pipeline for itself and its clients.
• Head start. GTM engineering has only existed for about three years, and we've been doing it at scale ever since with 200+ clients.
• Own tooling with ArvanaOS, our own scrapers running on a local LLM and buying signals from 50+ data sources.
• Strong integrations with Clay, n8n, Claude Code, HeyReach and Pipedrive. What you build goes into the system and runs for every client.

The Role

• End-to-end outbound systems. From lead lists and enrichment to personalized copy at scale.
• Signals over volume. Turns intent, job changes or funding into tailored sequences.
• Team. Currently 6 GTM Engineers, with an expert or leadership track afterwards.
• Berlin, 3+2 hybrid · no-/low-code, no coding required. Stack with Clay, n8n, Claude Code, HeyReach, Zapmail, Pipedrive and ArvanaOS.

Must Haves

• Hands-on Clay experience, i.e. has built own tables with enrichment, waterfalls and AI columns.
• Proven track record from own outbound campaigns, backed by numbers such as reply rate, booked meetings or pipeline (from a job, internship or own projects).
• Business sense and analytical thinking, builds systems end to end instead of just operating tools.
• Ownership and drive, works independently and needs little guidance.
• Fluent German skills.

Should-Have

• First professional experience in outbound, lead generation, RevOps or growth.
• Defines target groups and qualifies leads based on signals.
• Automates workflows with n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Confident with AI tools and LLMs, e.g. prompting or Claygent.
• Writes compelling, personalized outbound copy.

Nice to have

• Claude Code or basic Python, JS or APIs.
• Email deliverability and LinkedIn outreach (Zapmail, HeyReach).
• Experience with Pipedrive or other CRMs.
• Startup, agency or consulting background.
• Active in the GTM engineering community.
