Overview

As the Buying Team we take care of the purchasing of all products and the regular expansion of the ABOUT YOU brand portfolio. We are always on the lookout for exciting new and timeless fashion and lifestyle trends from all over the world. For this purpose we define seasonal assortment strategies and create seasonal and financial plans. All purchasing budgets are managed by ourselves and the analysis and evaluation of KPIs is also one of our tasks. A good relationship with our suppliers is important to us so we take care of good relations and contact with our partners.

As a Junior Supplier Conditions Manager (m / f / d) you support our buying department by ensuring that conditions and contracts are maintained correctly.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the efficient communication with buying units and data & controlling team among other stakeholders and for processing contractual updates in a timely and accurate manner
  • Documenting and monitoring of all conditions in the wholesale buying department as well as the calculation and deduction of retrospective conditions
  • Being the contact person for new and existing contracts between ABOUT YOU and our suppliers and supporting the buying teams in seasonal and annual negotiation rounds
  • You are proactively contributing to drive projects that ensures process improvements and standardization
  • Assuring progress with updating and creating regular reports and analysis for tracking reasons and transparency
  • Support in seasonal and annual negotiation rounds keeping track of the agreed vs. realized conditions and ensuring that the agreed conditions are implemented
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Economics Finance or a related field
  • First work experience within Supplier management and / or Auditing Banking Controlling areas Consultancy B2C Sales / Buying ideally in a high-growth performance focused environment
  • Positive spirit and eagerness to grow and learn and finding satisfaction in tackling great challenges and emerging even stronger
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills paired with the attention to detail
  • Very good stakeholder management skills combined with strong problem-solver and analytical competences seeking out solutions in an efficient and goal-oriented way
  • Excellent communication as well as business fluent English skills
  • Basic understanding of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI SQL) is an advantage
