As a Sales & Marketing Agent, you will be a key player in guiding businesses through the intricacies of digital marketing, offering expert advice and personalized solutions to meet their advertising goals. You'll be part of a thriving BPO company, providing support in the fast-paced world of social media marketing.

This role does not require prior experience; we are looking for candidates with a passion for sales and the drive to learn and succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions for their social media marketing strategies.
• Make both inbound and outbound calls to advertisers regarding their campaigns and budgets, helping them achieve optimal results.
• Analyze social media advertising performance and provide actionable insights to clients to improve their campaigns.
• Implement and execute sales funnel strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and campaign success.
• Identify emerging trends in social media and digital marketing to proactively address challenges and provide innovative advertising solutions.
• Shadow experienced colleagues to develop your skills and understand key aspects of the sales and marketing process.
• Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification during training to enhance your digital marketing knowledge.

Training & Development:

• Duration: 4 weeks (2 weeks of training + 2 weeks of nesting).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30.
• Paid Training: Yes.
• Requirements: Full attendance during training is mandatory.
• You will receive hands-on experience and regular feedback from senior team members.
• In addition, you will complete the Meta Blueprint Certification to boost your digital marketing skillset.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Call Duration: Successful calls averaging 24 minutes.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales and marketing strategy implementation goals.
• Customer Engagement: Maintain high pitch rates for successful campaign implementations.
• Attendance: Consistent and punctual attendance is essential.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Breaks: 30 minutes for lunch + 2 x 15-minute breaks.

Salary & Compensation:

• Annual Salary: 33,000 EUR gross (equivalent to 2,750EUR gross per month).
• Performance-Based Bonus: Up to 7,500EUR annually, based on achieving set goals and KPIs.
• Language Bonus: 300EUR monthly for Dutch proficiency.
