As a (Junior) Retail Media Manager (m/f/d) at home24, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our retail media strategy and driving innovative advertising solutions – from sponsored product ads to inspiring brand pages. Your mission: maximize the monetization of our advertising spaces and secure sustainable revenue growth for home24. Collaborating closely with our internal teams, you will also build strong partnerships with external suppliers and advertising partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Support in the development and implementation of a comprehensive retail media strategy
• Create and optimize retail media products to drive revenue growth
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with external partners and internal departments
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and prepare insightful reports
• Streamline business processes within the retail media domain
• Acquire new advertising partners and manage existing partnerships
• Define and track KPIs to achieve goals in collaboration with various teams

Your Profile

• Completed degree in e-commerce, (online) marketing, business informatics, media studies, or business administration – alternatively, 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in retail media, digital media, performance marketing, or in a client‑facing agency role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• A sense of ownership and responsibility in managing your projects
• Fluent in English; German skills would be a plus
