We need your support

• Independent procurement of raw materials and ensuring timely material supply
• Planning and coordination of material requirements in close cooperation with the relevant departments.
• Obtaining, reviewing and renegotiating offers, as well as providing support in price determination and preliminary costing.
• Order processing including deadline tracking and supplier communication
• Monitoring and optimization of inventory levels, taking into account security of supply and capital commitment.
• Commercial inspection of incoming goods as well as processing and approval of invoices in the ERP system
• Supplier care, management and evaluation
• Complaint Processing:
• Ensuring, managing and maintaining quality-relevant supplier and product documentation
• Organization of supplier visits and trade fairs
