Kloepfel Consulting GmbH in Offenburg sucht einen Purchasing Manager (m/w/d). Sie koordinieren die Beschaffungsabteilung, planen Materialkostentwicklung und steuern Beschaffungsprojekte über mehrere Standorte hinweg.

Dabei entwickeln Sie Beschaffungsstrategien, führen Marktanalysen durch, evaluieren Lieferanten und verhandeln Preise sowie Rahmenbedingungen. Sie bringen Leadership-Erfahrung, Verhandlungsgeschick und exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrere Jahre operative und strategische Beschaffungserfahrung.
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Führungsqualitäten.
• Erfahrung in Teamführung und Personalentwicklung.
• Gute Verhandlungsskills, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
• Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Leitung der Beschaffungsabteilung und Planung der Materialkostenentwicklung.
• Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Lieferantenmanagement.
• Entwicklung der Beschaffungsstrategie und Lieferantenvielfalt.
• Unterstützung aller Standorte zur Bündelung der Einkaufsaktivitäten.
• Beeinflussung von Technologieentscheidungen aus Kostensicht.
• Lieferantenbewertung und -entwicklung.
• Preis- und Zahlungsbedingungen verhandeln.
• Rahmenvereinbarungen abschließen, Lieferfähigkeit sichern.
• Engpässe steuern, Produktion und Kundenzuführung sicherstellen.

What lies ahead for you?

• Coordination of the purchasing department
• Planning and control of material cost development
• Procurement market research, Procurement management
• Design of the purchasing strategy (number of suppliers, procurement strategies)
• Support for all locations with the aim of bundling purchasing activities
• Influencing technology decisions from a cost perspective
• Supplier evaluation and development
• Negotiating prices and payment terms with suppliers
• Concluding Framework Agreements to secure supply capability
• Bottleneck control to maintain production lines and customer supply

What should you bring?

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Production Technology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in operational and strategic procurement, as well as in building procurement processes
• Independent working style combined with strong judgement, assertiveness, and communication skills, as well as leadership competence.
• Experience in team leadership and in target and personnel development
• Strong negotiation skills, communication strength combined with assertiveness and a confident demeanour
• Sound technical understanding and knowledge of metal procurement
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
