Job summary

Tempris, an internationally oriented SME near Munich, is seeking a Junior Buyer (m/f/d) for its Holzkirchen production and admin site. This full-time, permanent role supports the purchasing team with operational and strategic procurement in a dynamic pharmaceutical/biotech context.

You will evaluate offers, coordinate with national and international suppliers, manage orders, monitor delivery dates, and keep ERP data up to date while contributing to process improvements and stock planning.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on purchasing, logistics, or business administration.
• First work experience or internships in purchasing are advantageous.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; fluent German and basic English required.

Responsibilities

• Support the purchasing team in operational and strategic procurement
• Obtain, evaluate, and compare offers
• Communicate with national and international suppliers
• Create and track orders
• Monitor delivery dates and coordinate with internal departments
• Maintain supplier and material master data in the ERP system
• Assist with price negotiations and supplier evaluations
• Contribute to the optimization of purchasing processes
• Support inventory planning and monitor stock levels
