REPA Deutschland GmbH in Bergkirchen sucht eine/n Operational Purchaser (m/w/d) im Bereich Material Planning & MRP. Standort ist Bergkirchen, Umzug nach Unterschleißheim geplant zum Ende 2027; hybrid arbeiten ist möglich.

Sie übernehmen ein internationales Produktportfolio, sichern Verfügbarkeit, analysieren MRP-Entwürfe und treiben Optimierungen im Bestand voran. Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Lieferanten zusammen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Supply Chain, Logistik oder verwandte Felder.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Materials Management, Replenishment Planning oder Supply Chain in einem MRP-Umfeld.
• Erfahrung mit eigenständiger Produkt-/Materialportfoliosteuerung sowie Verfügbarkeit, Lagerbestand und Lieferantenleistung.
• Starke Praxis im Material-Planungsprozess, Bestandsführung und MRP.
• Souveräner Umgang mit Planungsparametern wie Sicherheitsbestand, Bestellpunkt, Lieferzeiten, Mengenkontrakt.
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (Dynamics NAV/BC, SAP oder vergleichbar) und fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse.
• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch, Italienisch vorteilhaft.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Betreuung eines internationalen Lieferanten- und Produktportfolios.
• Analyse von MRP-Vorschlägen, Nachfrageströmungen, Forecasts und Risiken.
• Planungs- und Bestandsentscheidungen basierend auf Zielen, Lead Times und Servicegrad.
• Pflege und Optimierung von Master Data (Sicherheitsbestand, reorder points, Lot sizes).
• Überwachung der Lieferanten-Performance und Eskalationen bei Engpässen.
• Durchführung von Inventory-Optimierungsinitiativen bei gegebenen Servicelevels.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain und internationalen Lieferanten.
• Ursachenanalysen von Planungs- und Lieferproblemen sowie nachhaltige Gegenmaßnahmen.
• Beitrag zu kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprojekten im Inventory-Management.

Work location: Bergkirchen (relocating to Unterschleißheim at the end of 2027)

As Operational Purchaser, you will take ownership of an international product portfolio and be responsible for ensuring optimal product availability while balancing inventory levels, replenishment performance and supplier reliability.

This role goes far beyond purchase order processing. We are looking for a proactive materials management professional who understands the mechanics behind MRP-driven planning environments and can actively influence inventory performance through data-driven decision making.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently manage an assigned international supplier and product portfolio, taking responsibility for product availability, inventory levels and replenishment performance
• Analyze MRP proposals, demand trends, forecasts, supply risks, backlogs and exception messages to secure uninterrupted product availability
• Make planning and replenishment decisions based on inventory targets, supplier lead times, service levels and demand patterns
• Own and continuously optimize planning-relevant master data, including safety stock levels, reorder points, lead times, lot sizes and other MRP parameters
• Monitor supplier performance and proactively manage escalations, shortages, delays and critical supply situations
• Drive inventory optimization initiatives while maintaining agreed service levels and availability targets
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations and international suppliers to improve end-to-end material flow
• Identify root causes of planning and supply challenges and implement sustainable corrective actions
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on inventory management, replenishment processes and planning efficiency

• Completed vocational training in a commercial, technical or supply chain-related field, or a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline; additional professional qualifications are an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management, replenishment planning, operational purchasing or supply chain planning within an MRP-driven environment
• Demonstrated experience managing an independent product or material portfolio with responsibility for availability, inventory and supplier performance
• Strong hands‑on expertise in material planning, inventory management and MRP processes
• Practical experience working with and optimizing planning parameters such as:
• Safety stock levels
• Reorder points
• Lead times
• Order quantities
• Lot-sizing strategies

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret demand patterns, inventory data and planning exceptions to make informed supply decisions
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, SAP or comparable platforms
• Advanced MS Excel skills and solid data analysis capabilities
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Italian language skills are considered a plus
