Softgarden in Germany is seeking a Junior ProcessManagerIT to support the optimization and documentation of IT processes, making workflows more efficient, transparent and customer oriented. You will coordinate interfaces between business units and IT and support projects across the Salesforce ecosystem.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven process monitoring, collaboration with business and technical teams, and a hands-on approach to improving operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business informatics, information systems, digital business management or equivalent
• Initial professional experience in project coordination or a comparable junior role
• Experience with ERP systems and business technology environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce; exposure to Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud is an advantage
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to explain technical processes in clear business language
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory; Spanish language skills is nice to have

As a Junior ProcessManagerIT, you will support the optimization and documentation of IT processes and help make operational workflows more efficient, transparent andcustomer oriented. You will coordinate interfaces between business units and IT, support projects across the Salesforceecosystemand contribute to reliable processmonitoringthrough meaningful KPIs.

• Coordinate small to medium-sized projects across the Salesforce ecosystem, from scope definition through delivery
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications
• Identifyopportunities for process optimization and assess their impact on business operations before implementation
• Act as the key interface between business teams and technical development teams
• Track project timelines,risksand deliverables
• Create andmaintaindocumentation of processes, requirements and changes for business and technical audiences
• Support the collection and monitoring of KPIs to improve process transparency and stability
