Güntner GmbH in Bavaria is seeking a Junior ProcessManagerIT to help optimize and document IT processes, making workflows more efficient, transparent and customer oriented. You will coordinate interfaces between business units and IT and support projects across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, translating them into clear technical specs, identifying optimization opportunities, and acting as the bridge between business teams and developers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or master in business informatics, information systems or equivalent.
• Experience in coordinating projects and managing stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP environments and process landscapes.
• Fluent English and German required; Spanish is a plus.

As a Junior ProcessManagerIT, you will support the optimization and documentation of IT processes and help make operational workflows more efficient, transparent andcustomer oriented. • Coordinate small to medium-sized projects across the Salesforce ecosystem, from scope definition through delivery
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications
• Identifyopportunities for process optimization and assess their impact on business operations before implementation
• Act as the key interface between business teams and technical development teams
• Track project timelines,risksand deliverables
• Create andmaintaindocumentation of processes, requirements and changes for business and technical audiences
• Support the collection and monitoring of KPIs to improve process transparency and stability

Your skills:

With this knowledge you will strengthen our team:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business informatics, Information Systems, Digital Business Management, InformationManagementor an equivalent field
• First professional experience in project coordination, projectmanagementor a comparable junior role
• Experience with ERP-systems, business technologyenvironmentsor comparable process landscapes
• Familiarity with Salesforce; exposure to Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud is an advantage
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to explain technical processes in clear business language
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Fluent English and German language skillsare mandatory; Spanish language skills is nice to have
