Zusammenfassung

Innomotics GmbH in Nürnberg sucht eine/n Junior Business Process Manager – Process Integration & Digitalization (m/w/d) zur Mitgestaltung und Optimierung end-to-end Geschäftsprozesse. Sie analysieren, dokumentieren und modellieren Abläufe über Funktionen hinweg und arbeiten eng mit IT sowie Fachbereichen zusammen.

Sie unterstützen die Integration von oneCPQ und S&OP in die Gesamtprozesslandschaft, identifizieren Schnittstellen und Optimierungspotenziale und bereiten Workshops vor.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Business Process Management, Prozessanalyse oder Digitalisierung.
• Grundkenntnisse BPMN 2.0; SAP Signavio vorteilhaft.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Analysieren, dokumentieren und modellieren End-to-End-Geschäftsprozesse über Funktionen hinweg.
• Unterstützen bei der Transparenz des Prozesslandschafts-Überblicks.
• Mitwirken bei der Integration von oneCPQ und S&OP in die Gesamtprozesslandschaft.
• Identifizieren von Schnittstellen, Abhängigkeiten und Optimierungspotenzial.
• Aufnehmen und Strukturieren von Geschäftsanforderungen, Entscheidungen und offenen Punkten.
• Als Schnittstelle zwischen Prozessverantwortlichen, Stakeholdern und IT fungieren.

Your future role.

• Analyze, document and model end-to-end business processes across functions.
• Contribute to maintaining a transparent overall process landscape.
• Support the integration of oneCPQ and S&OP into the overall process landscape.
• Identify process interfaces, dependencies, gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Capture and structure business requirements, decisions and open points.
• Act as an interface between process owners, business stakeholders and IT.
• Prepare and facilitate cross-functional workshops with process owners and IT.
• Support common process modeling standards and documentation principles.
• Identify digitalization, automation and AI-supported optimization potential together with CX & AI.
• Provide deputy support to the function lead in operational coordination, reporting and the preparation and follow-up of management topics.
• Coordinate actions across stakeholders, track decisions and open points, and provide transparency on progress and priorities.

Your profile.

• Completed or about to complete university degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in business process management, process analysis, requirements engineering, business intelligence or digital transformation.
• Basic knowledge of process modeling methods such as BPMN 2.0; experience with SAP Signavio or comparable process modeling tools is an advantage.
• Initial knowledge of S&OP, CPQ or comparable cross-functional business processes is an advantage.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Power Apps is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to understand and structure cross-functional end-to-end processes.
• Confident communication and collaboration skills when working with business stakeholders, process owners and IT.
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working combined with a strong team spirit.
• High affinity for digitalization, automation and AI-supported process optimization.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
