Zusammenfassung

Güntner Group seeks a project-coordinator to manage Salesforce-driven initiatives from scoping to delivery. You translate business needs into technical specs and act as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Responsibilities include tracking timelines, documenting processes, and monitoring KPIs to improve transparency. Fluency in English and German is required, with Spanish a plus; hybrid work model offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business informatics, Information Systems, Digital Business Management, Information Management or an equivalent field.
• First professional experience in project coordination, project management or a comparable junior role.
• Experience with ERP-systems, business technology environments or comparable process landscapes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce; exposure to Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud is an advantage.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to explain technical processes in clear business language.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent English and German language skills are mandatory; Spanish language skills is nice to have
