A-ROSA Resorts Sylt is seeking an HR Manager (m/f/d) to join our island team on Sylt, Germany. You will oversee HR administration, rota planning, and ensure legal working hours compliance across the hotel.

You'll lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, leveraging strong communication, discretion and MS Office skills in a hospitality setting. Join a vibrant team on Germany’s beautiful island and contribute to our sustainability goals.

Qualifikationen

• Several years’ professional experience in human resources management, ideally in hospitality.
• Commercial apprenticeship in HR with or without additional business admin training is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and absolute discretion are essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and a structured, proactive approach.
• Ability to respond flexibly to new challenges in a dynamic hospitality environment.

• You will be responsible for all HR administration processes in collaboration with DSR Hotel Holding or the relevant service providers
• You will manage and monitor the hotel’s rota using the existing system
• You will monitor working hours across the entire hotel, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• New colleagues? You’ll handle the recruitment process as well as planning and coordinating onboarding with the relevant departments
• Is an employee leaving? – You’ll prepare and carry out the entire offboarding process

What sets you apart

• Several years’ professional experience in human resources management, ideally in the hospitality sector or other industries
• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on human resources management and/or further training in business administration would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills, a team spirit and absolute discretion
• Outstanding organisational skills, a structured approach to work and confidence in using MS Office applications
• The ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
