Job summary

A-ROSA Resorts Sylt sucht motivierte Persönlichkeiten als Chef de Rang (m/f/d) für den Abendservice im Dünenrestaurant. Sie betreuen Gäste, führen Mise-en-place durch und koordinieren den Serviceablauf.

Sie begeistern Gäste für das Haus, arbeiten eng mit dem Team zusammen und tragen zur uncompromising Gästezufriedenheit bei.

Qualifications

• Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position in gehobenem Hotelgewerbe.
• Positive Ausstrahlung und Begeisterung gegenüber Gästen.
• Kompetentes, zuvorkommendes Auftreten.
• Organisation- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
• Hohe Eigeninitiative und Verkaufsfähigkeit.
• Ausgeprägte Gäste- und Serviceorientierung.
• Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Abendservice im Dünenrestaurant sorgen.
• Gäste individuell betreuen und Ansprechpartner sein.
• Mise-en-place vorbereiten.
• Umsätze im Matrix-Registriersystem verbuchen.
• Mitarbeiter anleiten und Überblick während des Serviceprozesses behalten.
• Gäste für Produkte des Hauses begeistern und aktiv anbieten.
• A-ROSA-Gastlichkeit vermitteln.

• You look after our guests individually and are available as a contact person.
