Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in ähnlicher Position in gehobenem Hotelgewerbe.

• Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Abendservice im Dünenrestaurant sorgen.

• Mise-en-place vorbereiten.
• Umsätze im Matrix-Registriersystem verbuchen.
• Mitarbeiter anleiten und Überblick während des Serviceprozesses behalten.
• Gäste für Produkte des Hauses begeistern und aktiv anbieten.
• A-ROSA-Gastlichkeit vermitteln.
