Job summary

PVA TePla AG in Wettenberg is seeking an IT/ERP specialist to analyze and optimize business processes across procurement, sales, production, logistics, and finance. You will support ERP implementation, gather requirements, and translate them into practical IT concepts.

Qualifications

• Degree in business information systems, business administration, computer science, or comparable qualification.
• Initial experience with ERP systems (internships or working student positions).
• Basic understanding of business processes (production, logistics, or accounting).
• Strong affinity for IT and ability to structure and continuously improve processes.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, service- and team-minded approach.
• Very good written and spoken German; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes in procurement, sales, production, logistics, and finance.
• Support the implementation, further development, and rollout of our ERP system.
• Gather requirements and translate them into practical IT concepts.
• Configure and test ERP functionalities and assist with rollouts.
• Create functional and process documentation and contribute to standardization of workflows.
• Train and support users in day-to-day work and act as their contact point.
• Coordinate between internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

• You analyze and optimize business processes in the areas of procurement, sales, production, logistics, and finance
• You actively contribute to the implementation, further development, and support of our ERP system
• Working closely with the relevant departments, you gather requirements and translate them into practical IT concepts
• You support the configuration and testing of ERP functionalities and assist with rollouts
• You create functional and process documentation and contribute to the standardization of workflows
• You train and support users in their day-to-day work and act as their point of contact
• As the interface between internal departments and external service providers, you ensure smooth coordination and cooperation

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in business information systems, business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained initial experience with ERP systems, for example through internships or working student positions
• You have a basic understanding of business processes, for example in production, logistics, or accounting
• You have a strong affinity for IT and enjoy structuring and continuously improving processes
• You work analytically and in a solution-oriented manner and demonstrate a strong service and team-oriented approach
• You have very good written and spoken German skills; knowledge of English is an advantage
