Qualifications

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities

• You provide day-to-day first- and second-line IT support, handling incoming requests reliably and with a solution-oriented approach
• You actively contribute to a range of IT projects, sharing your ideas and technical expertise
• You help ensure stable, uninterrupted IT operations and respond promptly to incidents
• You create and maintain IT documentation
• You support employee onboarding and offboarding
• You contribute to the management and lifecycle of IT hardware, software and licences

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or hold an equivalent qualification
• Ideally, you have some initial experience in IT support
• You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Windows desktop and server technologies
• You have experience using ticketing systems and creating and maintaining IT documentation
• You work analytically, systematically and with a focus on solutions, and are known for your reliable approach
• You are happy to take responsibility and approach your work with commitment and care
• You enjoy working in a team, contribute proactively and value open communication with your colleagues
• You have very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
