Job summary

ABOUT YOU Outlet is hiring a (Junior) E-Commerce Manager to monitor shop KPIs, test shop frontends, and coordinate with Customer Service and external partners. You will use CMS tools and data to optimize processes and drive improvements in a fast-paced fashion ecommerce environment.

The role requires a degree in business or economics, strong English skills, and a hands-on, analytical mindset with ownership culture. A proactive, structured approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent vocational training.
• Experience with CMS platforms, e.g., Storyblok.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira.
• Confidence in working with spreadsheets and data.
• Very good command of English.
• Structured, detail-oriented and analytical approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key shop KPIs, including funnel conversion, cancellation rates and payment shares, identify anomalies and drive corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Test our 20+ shop frontends and support releases and rollouts through thorough implementation checks, testing and sign-off.
• Manage transactional emails, legal pages, delivery notes and app store reviews, and act as the main interface to Customer Service.
• Coordinate stakeholders and processes related to our external partner assortment.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, improve processes to make them more reliable and scalable, and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks.
• Support successful project delivery through proactive coordination and close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

We're a motivated, international product and tech team that owns the full ABOUT YOU Outlet experience from concept to launch. Engineers, quality assurance specialists, product managers, and UI/UX designers work closely together - combining technical excellence with a strong focus on the user. We move fast, stay aligned, and turn ideas into solutions.
