ABOUT YOU is a fast-growing e-commerce player based in Hamburg and Berlin, seeking a (Junior) Strategy & Business Development Manager. You will drive strategic projects across functions and act as a sparring partner for the Management Board, building new business fields and conducting independent research.

You will analyze KPIs, negotiate with stakeholders, and shape actionable plans to grow the company. A top university degree and 1–2 years in strategy/BD are required; MS Office and Google

• Above-average university degree from a top university.
• 1-2 years of practical experience in strategy & business development in a leading consultancy/financial service firm/industry.
• Stellar analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers.
• Strong personality to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
• Intrinsic motivation to actively drive impact in our business activities.
• Quick perception and structured working methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.

Aufgaben

• Lead and implement key strategic and operational (sub-) projects in cross-functional settings.
• Support acting as a sparring partner for strategic tasks initiated by the Management Board.
• Conduct independent and complex analysis and research.
• Develop new business fields in collaboration with operational teams.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and analyze relevant KPIs and deduct concrete actions to develop our company.
