ABOUT YOU is a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Hamburg and Berlin, merging fashion and technology. We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Buying (all genders) to drive strategic and operational projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support Directors with analyses and initiatives.

In this role, you will define and monitor KPIs, work with internal and external partners, and help steer projects to successful completion in a dynamic scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of practical experience in strategy and business development, or project management, ideally in a leading management consultancy, optionally also in a start-up environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Very good analytical skills and strong numerical understanding.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment with a strong, hands-on mindset.
• Quick comprehension and structured way of working.

Responsabilités

• Understand the roles and systems of different teams to coordinate projects effectively
• Lead strategic and operational projects across teams, ensuring they are completed on time and meet goals
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic initiatives driven by the Directors
• Conduct complex analyses and independent research to support project decisions and planning
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas to improve business growth and profitability
• Communicate clearly and work well with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and steer projects effectively
