Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Finance/Controlling professional to join the Group Controlling function in Weinheim. You will work with international stakeholders on financial reporting, FP&A and KPI-driven management reporting.

We value Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, a degree in finance, and strong analytical capabilities. Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus. Flexible work models and on-site benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration.
• Several years in Group Controlling, FP&A or Financial Reporting.
• Strong KPI reporting knowledge and management reporting.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
• Systems affinity with reporting tools and digitalization.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.
• English fluency; German skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience: Several years of experience in Group Controlling, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or a comparable finance function.
• Controlling Expertise: Strong understanding of financial KPIs, reporting structures, and management reporting processes.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends, challenge data, and derive meaningful business insights.
• Systems Affinity: Hands-on experience with reporting tools and a strong interest in reporting systems and digitalization.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with Power BI or similar analytics solutions.
• Communication & Languages: Comfortable interacting with international stakeholders and preparing presentations for senior management. You communicate confidently in English; German language skills are beneficial.
