Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Germany seeks a Manager Corporate Audit (f/m/d) to lead internal audit activities across the group. You will evaluate controls, risk management, and compliance in a global manufacturing context, collaborating with finance and operations.

The role requires a university degree, 2+ years of audit experience, IFRS knowledge, SAP know-how, strong analytical and diplomatic skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Hybrid work setup and diverse projects across 40 markets.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or related field.
• 2+ years of audit experience.
• Good understanding of internal auditing theory and practice, high analytical and conceptual skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of accounting standards (IFRS) and IT systems (SAP) and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills and diplomacy to guide influence and convince others.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel globally (up to approx. 50% of working time).
