Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, a leading global supplier of branded cleaning systems and household/laundry care products, seeks a Senior Finance & Controlling Manager (DACH). You will partner with local and regional teams to steer P&L, liquidity, and working capital, delivering high-quality reporting and strategic insights.

You will lead planning, analyze complex data, and drive process improvements across finance functions in a multi-national environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or comparable.
• Profound experience in operative business controlling, ideally in a sales or marketing entity.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Expert user of SAP and MS Office, combined with interest in process improvement, lean methods and digital finance topics.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and confidence in working with different local and global stakeholders.
• Strong German and English language skills (both min. C1 level) round off your profile.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for Vileda Professional Germany and Austria, supporting and being part of the management teams in steering P&L, working capital, liquidity, and strategic business performance.
• Provide high-quality reporting, transparent analysis and actionable insights across management, customer, and product P&L.
• Lead the operational planning process, including simulations and reconciliations, with a holistic view on P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital.
• Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and translate financial developments into clear recommendations for strategic actions.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to continuously improve financial processes, systems, and standards.
• Manage and contribute to local and global finance projects in close cooperation with the Global Director Finance & Controlling Vileda Professional.
