Collaborate with Production and Logistics to optimize cost structures and KPIs across the value chain. A strong emphasis on digitalization and autonomous initiative is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in plant, production, or supply chain controlling within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Cost accounting, product costing, and financial management of a production site.
• Confident user of SAP and Excel; BI experience is an advantage.
• Analytical approach, challenging assumptions, driving initiatives independently.
• Digitalization mindset; view new technologies and automation as opportunities to modernize controlling.
