IT - System Administrator - Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)

Location: Braunschweig, Recklinghausen and Leipzig

YOUR MISSION WITH US:

• Setting up, operating and continuously developing Microsoft 365 infrastructures for our customers - both in cloud and hybrid scenarios
• Administration of cloud and hybrid infrastructures and management of Active Directory, group policies and user rights
• Support and optimization of network infrastructures with a focus on performance, availability and IT security (VPNs, firewalls, security concepts).
• Technical customer support as well as analysis and resolution of complex faults in demanding IT environments.
• Support and implementation of system upgrades, migrations and integrations - from planning to implementation.

THAT'S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification and at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and/or hybrid cloud environments
• Very good generalist knowledge in Microsoft 365 and in-depth expertise in at least one area: Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune, virtualization, SharePoint Online or Teams
• Solid know-how in the areas of networks, VPNs, firewalls and security; PowerShell knowledge an advantage
• High service mentality, customer orientation as well as analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Personal responsibility and flexible commitment; car driver's license and willingness to travel desirable
• Very good German and good English skills
