Zusammenfassung

Akelius Languages GmbH in Berlin seeks an organised IT Operations Specialist to manage IT services for our Berlin offices and contribute to group-wide IT tasks.

You will be the face of IT for local users, ensuring networks, wifi, and presentation equipment are always functional, while handling onboarding and hardware inventory in a multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented specialist with vocational training in IT and System Administration.
• Solid experience in IT service desk management and Microsoft/Azure environments.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft and Apple hardware/software.

Aufgaben

• Take responsibility for IT operations in Berlin offices and part of group-wide IT operations.
• Provide high-level customer service, acting as the face of IT for local users.
• Ensure the technical workplace is always functioning—network, wifi, internet access, video rooms, presentation equipment.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Order, allocate and maintain inventory of hardware assets.
• Contribute to a multinational team.
