United States Digital Space LLC in Berlin seeks an IT Support Specialist to join the IT Engineering & Operations team. You will provide high-quality local and remote IT support to staff across countries, ensuring a smooth employee experience, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include incident troubleshooting on macOS, identity/access and collaboration tools, onboarding/offboarding support, and maintaining IT documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience supporting macOS environments.
• Mac troubleshooting experience.
• Good understanding of identity management and endpoint management concepts.
• Experience with MDM solutions (Addigy, Jamf, Intune, or similar).
• Experience working with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Password managers, Britella, Snipe-IT or other asset managers.
• Customer-oriented mindset with structured troubleshooting methodology.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service processes (ITIL knowledge is a plus).
• Basic scripting knowledge is appreciated.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT Support, Workplace IT, or IT Operations.

Your profile
