Leadec global in Stuttgart seeks an IT Service Delivery Specialist to own ITSM for cloud services, ensuring quality and managing contracts and SLAs. You will document cloud topics and work with global IT teams and service providers to secure contract fulfillment and service excellence.

Ideal candidates have ITIL knowledge, cloud experience (AWS/Azure), and strong English/German language skills, with a proactive, analytical mindset and willingness to learn.

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training.
• Professional experience in service delivery and governance.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and cloud environment familiarity (AWS/Azure).

Join our global IT Operations team, which manages and continously develops our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure from the network to cloud.

Your tasks

• Taking responsibility:Responsibility for IT Service Management in the first / second level area for cloud service delivery
• Driving progress:Ensure the quality of ITSM processes; contribute to the implementation of new topics and processes
• Managing tasks:Independent monitoring of contract related and SLA responsibilities
• Recording conscientiously:Completing and maintaining documentation for cloud topics
• Living collaboration:Proactively working together with members of the global IT infrastructure as well as our service providers to ensure contract fulfillment and optimal service delivery

Your profile

• Education:Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience)
• Experience:Professional experience in service delivery; experience with IT governance and IT security management; experience in working with service providers
• Know-How:Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification is an advantage); knowledge of cloud environment (AWS and/or Azure); familiarity with business workflow processes
• Languages: Conversationally fluent English (C1-C2) as well as German (B1-B2) language skills required
• Personality:Goal- and solution-oriented way of working as part of a team, analytical approach to challenges, willingness to constantly deal with new technologies
