Job summary

Leadec is seeking an IT Service Manager Cloud Delivery to lead ITSM for cloud services within our global IT Operations team. The role focuses on governance, security, and seamless service delivery from contract to execution.

Location: Garching near Munich or Stuttgart, with pro‑rated mobile working and flexible hours. You will work with providers and internal teams to ensure top‑quality cloud service delivery.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training.
• Experience in service delivery and IT governance.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and IT security.

Responsibilities

• IT Service Management in first/second level for cloud service delivery.
• Ensure quality of ITSM processes and contribute to new topics.
• Monitor contract-related and SLA responsibilities.
• Maintain documentation for cloud topics.
• Collaborate with global IT infrastructure and service providers.

IT Service Manager Cloud Delivery (m/f/d)

Join our global IT Operations team, which manages and continously develops our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure from the network to cloud.

Location: Garching (near Munich) or Stuttgart

• Taking responsibility: Responsibility for IT Service Management in the first / second level area for cloud service delivery
• Driving progress: Ensure the quality of ITSM processes; contribute to the implementation of new topics and processes
• Managing tasks: Independent monitoring of contract related and SLA responsibilities
• Recording conscientiously: Completing and maintaining documentation for cloud topics
• Living collaboration: Proactively working together with members of the global IT infrastructure as well as our service providers to ensure contract fulfillment and optimal service delivery

Your profile

• Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience)
• Experience: Professional experience in service delivery; experience with IT governance and IT security management; experience in working with service providers
• Know-How: Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL certification is an advantage); knowledge of cloud environment (AWS and/or Azure); familiarity with business workflow processes
• Languages: Conversationally fluent English (C1-C2) as well as German (B1-B2) language skills required
• Personality: Goal- and solution-oriented way of working as part of a team, analytical approach to challenges, willingness to constantly deal with new technologies
