Qualifikationen

  • Abschluss in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation erforderlich.
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung technischer Systeme erforderlich.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Dokumentenverarbeitung.

Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs von Managementsystemen.
  • Analysieren und Optimieren von Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung.

IT expert (m / f / d) for digital document processes

Location : Munich, Leipzig

Your tasks
  • Operate, further develop & secure systems: You will ensure the smooth system operation of our output and input management systems - from infrastructure and service provider management to release planning.
  • Analyze & optimize processes: You analyze existing operational and recognition processes and develop measures to increase efficiency, quality and automation.
  • Ensure quality & drive innovation: You develop suitable KPIs and monitoring methods, systematically analyse disruptions and introduce targeted improvements - both technical and organizational.
  • Automate document creation: You actively work on the further development of central letter templates (e.g. with Quadient Inspire) and drive automation throughout the entire letter creation process - for more efficient workflows and consistent communication.
  • Make input processes smarter: You optimize automated document recognition and processing, improve recognition criteria and provide impetus for modern solutions in input management.
Your profile
  • Degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in the operation and further development of technical systems (e.g. output / input management, document processing)
  • Knowledge of tools such as Quadient Inspire, SmartFix from Insiders Technologies or comparable technologies
  • Ability to quickly penetrate technical processes and improve them in a structured manner
  • Ability to work independently with an eye for the big picture - from concept development to operational implementation
  • Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with IT, service providers and specialist departments
  • Quality awareness, hands-on mentality and desire to actively help shape processes
