A key strategic focus of 100 Capital is supporting the growth and expansion of our group portfolio, which includes Centorrino Technologies - a leading Managed IT Services and Cyber Security provider, and Incluso Services - an NDIS Service Provider.

Employed through our CT Shared Services entity, our Investment Analyst will play a critical role in supporting investment and M&A activities leveraging 100 Capital frameworks. The analyst will apply rigorous financial modelling and valuation techniques to ensure alignment with the company’s Financial Framework and strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of potential acquisitions and investments.
  • Perform financial due diligence, including review of financial statements, cash flows, and key performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain financial models to assess performance forecasts, transaction scenarios, and capital structures.
  • Evaluate market trends and sector dynamics to identify emerging opportunities for the group’s portfolio.
  • Prepare detailed investment proposals and reports with clear recommendations for review by the Managing Director and Investment Committee.
  • Lead parts of the transaction process and assists in structuring deal terms for optimal returns.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of existing investments, identifying areas for optimisation or divestment.
  • Support the execution of M&A transactions, including coordination with legal, accounting, and advisory partners.
  • Contribute to the development of portfolio‑level insights and performance dashboards for executive reporting.
  • Assist in evaluating hedging strategies and capital allocation decisions to mitigate risk and maximise returns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best quality, streamlined solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Degree‑qualified in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with demonstrated experience in valuation methodologies such as DCF, comparable company, and precedent transactions analysis.
  • Proven experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, private equity, or transaction advisory.
  • Adept with M&A due diligence processes and financial statement analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
  • Proficiency with Excel and financial analysis tools; exposure to Power BI or data visualisation tools is advantageous.
  • High level of attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional judgement.
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and able to work independently within a small, high‑performing team environment.
