Our client, a leading renewable energy developer, is looking for a motivated Investment Analyst to join their team in Berlin. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating and driving growth opportunities, particularly within wind energy projects, supporting M&A activities, and providing in-depth financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Modelling & Analysis: Create and maintain financial models to assess the economic viability, risks, and profitability of renewable energy projects.
• M&A Transactions: Lead due diligence efforts and assist with structuring and negotiating M&A transactions, working with internal teams and external advisors.
• Investment Opportunity Evaluation: Identify and assess new investment opportunities, helping the company expand its renewable energy portfolio.
• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare comprehensive investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management, the Board, and the Investment Committee.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work alongside legal, technical, and financial teams to ensure the successful execution of transactions and projects.
• Business Development Support: Contribute to identifying new strategic partnerships and joint venture opportunities that will help drive business growth.
