Lufthansa Technik sucht ein Praktikum im Bereich Contracted MRO in Hamburg. Sie arbeiten eng mit Experten aus Supply Chain, Lieferantenmanagement und Triebwerksmaintenance zusammen und unterstützen Projekte zur Transparenz, Leistung und Digitalisierung unserer externen Reparaturnetzwerke.

Sie befassen sich mit datengetriebenen Entscheidungen, Forecasts und Management-Reporting und sammeln wertvolle Erfahrungen in Projektmanagement und bereichsübergreifenden Transformationsprojekten.

Qualifications

• Drittes Semester oder höher zum Zeitpunkt des Praktikums.
• Nachweis über Immatrikulation und Pflichtpraktikum muss beigefügt werden.
• Studiengang: Industrieingénieurwesen, Maschinenbau, BWL, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics oder vergleichbares.
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint.
• Interesse an Supply Chain Management, Prozessverbesserung und Projektarbeit.
• Business-Deutsch und Englisch fließend.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des Contracted MRO-Teams bei Transparenz, Leistung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung des externen Reparaturnetzes.
• Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Digitalisierung von Supply-Chain- und Reparaturmanagementprozessen.
• Analyse von Daten und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für interne Stakeholder.
• Unterstützung bei Forecasts, Performance-Analysen und Management Reporting.
• Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams bei Transformationsinitiativen.

Join our Contracted MRO team and help shape the future of our material supply chains at Lufthansa Technik. As part of one of our key growth areas, you will gain valuable insights into supply chain management, data-driven decision-making, and supplier collaboration, while contributing to the continuous development of our global repair network.You'll support the Contracted MRO team in driving transparency, performance, and continuous improvement across our external repair network. Working closely with experts, you will contribute to projects that help ensure material availability and support the growth of our engine maintenance business.Gain practical experience with a focus on supporting projects aimed at improving and digitalizing supply chain and repair management processesAnalyze data and prepare decision-making materials for internal stakeholdersContribute to forecasts, performance analyses, and management reportingIdentify supply chain risks and improvement opportunitiesResearch supplier, market, and industry information and participate in market analysesPrepare presentations, reports, and project documentation and gain practical experience in professional communicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams on transformation initiativesTake ownership of work packages and support ongoing strategic projects while gaining practical experience in project managementParticipate in day-to-day operations and workshops

Qualifikation:
