Vorausgesetzt wird mindestens das dritte Semester in passenden Studiengängen, gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative. Die Position bietet Einblicke in Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte am Hamburger Standort.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Unterstützung des Projektmanagement-Teams bei Organisation und Koordination.
• Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Meetings.
• Pflege von Zeitplänen, Aufgabenlisten und Projektdokumentationen.
• Unterstützung bei Auswertungen, Reporting und KPI-Analysen.
• Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierung und BIM-bezogenen Themen.

Aufgaben:

To support an international defense infrastructure project, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to assist the project management team with organizational and coordination tasks.You will gain insights into the management of complex construction and infrastructure projects and collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders in an international environment.Support with the preparation, execution, and follow-up of project meetingsResearching technical contexts and preparing decision-making documentsMaintaining schedules, action item lists, and project documentationAssisting with evaluations, reporting, and key performance indicator analysesProviding support on digitization and BIM-related topics within the project environmentParticipation in project meetings at the Hamburg office and, if necessary, at the project siteGaining practical skills with a focus on project management and collaboration on complex infrastructure projects

Qualifikation:

At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program, such as civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, project management, or a comparable fieldProof of enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor's and master's programs (Gap Year)A structured, independent, and meticulous work styleGood German and English language skillsAbility to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a high degree of initiativeInterest in infrastructure, construction, or aviation projectsVery good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Knowledge of BIM (OpenBIM, Autodesk Forma) is a plusFor more information, see our FAQs.
