Zusammenfassung

Lufthansa Technik AG in Hamburg bietet ein Praktikum im Bereich Learning & Development. Sie arbeiten an aktuellen HR- und Lernprojekten, unterstützen alltägliche Aufgaben und gestalten Kommunikationsmaterialien. Sie arbeiten eng mit Personalverantwortlichen zusammen und haben die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen.

Voraussetzung ist mindestens das 5. Semester bzw. Masterstudium oder Gap Year, idealerweise erste HR-Erfahrung und gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Im 5. Bachelorsemester oder im Masterprogramm bzw. Gap Year tätig.
• Idealerweise HR-Erfahrung oder Praktika/Teilzeitjobs.
• Organisationsstärke, strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe.

Aufgaben

• Einblick in Learning & Development und Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten.
• Unterstützung bei täglichen operativen Aufgaben.
• Design von Kommunikationsmaterialien.
• Mitwirkung in Workshops – Gestaltung und Organisation.
• Unterstützung bei Prozessbewertungen und Programmentwicklungen.

Qualifikation:
