Zusammenfassung

Lufthansa Technik sucht motivierte Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten zur Begleitung der digitalen Transformation in einem internationalen Umfeld. Sie arbeiten an der Implementierung neuer Geschäftsprozesse, verwenden Jira, Confluence und Power BI und unterstützen bei der Planung sowie dem Reporting.

Sie befinden sich mindestens im dritten Semester eines Studiengangs und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Im Zeitraum des Praktikums eingeschriebener Studierender bzw. Gap Year zwischen Bachelor und Master möglich.
• Interesse an internationaler Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinärem Umfeld.
• Analytisches Denken und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
• Motivation, sich mit neuen Themen und Arbeitsmethoden vertraut zu machen.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung, Planung und Nachverfolgung von Arbeitspaketen im Release Drumbeat.
• Mitwirkung an der Umsetzung neuer Geschäfts-IT-Prozesse und Funktionen zur Ramp-up-Phase.
• Unterstützung bei der Anforderungsanalyse sowie Erstellung von User Stories, Epics und Backlog-Elementen.
• Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Berichten und Dashboards mit Power BI.
• Zusammenarbeit bei Digitalisierungs- und Prozessoptimierungsinitiativen im Bereich Processes & Digital Innovation.

Aufgaben:

Help drive the digital transformation of the aviation industry! As part of an international project, you'll support the implementation of new business IT processes, work with agile methods, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI, and actively help design process optimizations for the ramp-up of Lufthansa Technik Portugal.Support in structuring, planning, and tracking work packages in the "Release Drumbeat" for new business-IT processes and functions to support the ramp-up of Lufthansa Technik PortugalCollaboration using agile methods and leveraging Jira and Confluence for management and documentationSupport in requirements analysis as well as the creation and maintenance of user stories, epics, and backlog itemsCreation and further development of reports and dashboards using Power BICollaboration on digitization and process optimization initiatives in the Processes & Digital Innovation streamSupporting the introduction of new processes and features, as well as international rollout activitiesParticipating in sprint meetings, workshops, and training sessions

Qualifikation:
