Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (3rd or 4th year) in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Engineering Management, Lean Automation Engineering, or Tool & Material Engineering, with a strong research-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in creating and modifying 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and principles.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Integrity: Collect, clean, and validate raw production and machine telemetry to ensure data reliability for performance analysis.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze OEE losses, downtime events, and machine utilization trends to diagnose operational inefficiencies.
• Methodology Development: Establish and standardize OEE data verification and reporting processes to enhance data governance and consistency.
• Operational Optimization: Evaluate production area efficiency to identify key areas for improvement and implement best practices for operational performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to leadership to support informed operational decisions.
