Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or comparable field.
• At least three years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally within semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems and control room operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the shift team, develop and coach employees and apprentices.
• Oversee transport systems and automation equipment in 200 mm and 300 mm facilities.
• Perform IT FAB support for production lines, coordinate AMC shutdowns and on-call escalation.
• Respond to disruptions, initiate corrective actions and manage crises.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, fire protection and cleanroom guidelines.
• Adapt to a continuous 8-hour shift system including six consecutive days on rotation.
