Infineon Technologies Dresden AG & Co. KG in Dresden seeks a (Senior) Supervisor Maintenance Automation to lead the shift team in a 200 mm and 300 mm manufacturing environment. You’ll manage transport systems, coordinate AMC shutdowns, and drive timely crisis actions.

In a cleanroom, you’ll champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while mentoring employees and apprentices across two shifts, with six days on, four off rotations.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a comparable field.
• At least three years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems and control room operations.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Disciplinary and functional leadership of the shift team, including the development and coaching of employees and apprentices.
• Responsibility for transport systems and automation equipment in the 200 mm and 300 mm manufacturing facilities.
• Execution of IT FAB support for both production lines, including AMC shutdowns as well as coordination and escalation to on‑call support teams.
• Responsibility for the timely response to disruptions, including the initiation of appropriate corrective actions (crisis management).
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, security requirements, fire protection regulations and cleanroom guidelines.

Your role

The position involves working in a continuous 8-hour shift system in a cleanroom environment. You will work six consecutive days followed by four days off, rotating through two morning shifts, two late shifts, and two night shifts.
