Infineon Technologies AG in Germany's Thüringen region seeks a motivated student pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering to join the DMS OES OC Operation Autonomus project. You’ll help develop AgenticAI, build skills to integrate with MCP, and create automation scripts to support Site MES operations.

The role focuses on incident analysis, requirements gathering, solution development, and automation to improve efficiency, collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to service

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
• Hands-on Python, C#, and Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
• Good command of English for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Incident Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Analyze historical Remedy incidents to identify trends, recurring issues, root causes, and opportunities for service and process optimization.
• Requirements & Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and implement skills and APIs that support business objectives and operational excellence.
• Automation & Service Management: Develop, enhance, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and strengthen service management capabilities.
• MES Operations Support: Provide support for Opcenter (MES) operations, including incident resolution, system maintenance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure system reliability and operational stability.
